On October 14, Agent Platform makes Priority PayGo generally available for gemini-nano-banana-2.1 on the global endpoint. This is a service and capacity tier, not the first release of Nano Banana 2.1.
The same day, DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash arrives as a fully managed Model Garden model in Public Preview, with text and image inputs and up to one million context tokens. This Google-hosted availability is separate from DeepSeek’s Flash-1017 update announced on October 17.
